Three days after the Roka ceremony, Samira's house was once again filled with excitement.
Since the wedding preparations had officially begun, everyone decided to go shopping.
Samira's mother entered her room.
"Samira, get ready quickly. We have to buy your wedding outfits."
Samira sighed dramatically.
"Maa, shopping for the whole day? I'll die!"
Her cousins laughed.
"You'll survive, princess."

The Shopping Mall
The biggest shopping mall in the city was crowded with families.
Samira, her parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, and younger siblings entered together.
Her cousins immediately started teasing her.
"Let's buy the brightest red lehenga."
"No! A royal blue one."
"Pink suits her better!"
Samira covered her ears.
"Please! One person at a time."
Everyone laughed.

Choosing the Bridal Lehenga
The shopkeeper showed one lehenga after another.
Red...
Maroon...
Golden...
Peach...
Nothing impressed Samira.
"I'm tired," she complained.
Her grandmother smiled.
"One last lehenga."
The salesman brought out a beautiful deep wine-colored bridal lehenga with delicate embroidery.
The moment Samira saw it, her eyes lit up.
"It's beautiful."
Her mother smiled.
"Go and try it."
A few minutes later, Samira walked out wearing the lehenga.
Everyone became silent.
Her father looked at her proudly.
"My daughter looks so beautiful."
Samira smiled shyly.
"I like it too."
The lehenga was packed.

Jewelry Shopping
Next came jewelry.
Samira tried necklaces, earrings, bangles, and maang tikkas.
Her little cousin Aarav made funny faces every time she wore something.
"This necklace is heavier than me!"
Everyone burst into laughter.
Even Samira couldn't stop laughing.

An Unexpected Meeting
While leaving the jewelry store, Samira accidentally bumped into someone.
"Oh, I'm so sorr—"
She stopped.
Standing in front of her was Musmeer.
He was dressed in a simple white shirt and black trousers.
"You?" Samira asked in surprise.
Musmeer nodded.
"My mother dragged me here for wedding shopping."
Samira smiled.
"Looks like our mothers have the same mission."
Just then, Musmeer's mother and Samira's mother saw them.
"What a coincidence!" they said happily.
Within minutes, both families were shopping together.
A Funny Moment
Musmeer's mother picked up a sherwani.
"Try this one."
Musmeer looked at it.
"It's too bright."
Samira couldn't help laughing.
"It actually suits you."
Musmeer raised an eyebrow.
"Really?"
She nodded with a mischievous smile.
"Yes... if you're planning to blind everyone at the wedding."
Her cousins burst into laughter.
Even Musmeer's younger cousins laughed.
Musmeer looked at everyone helplessly.
"For the first time in my life, I've been bullied by an entire family."
Everyone laughed again.
Later, Musmeer was asked to choose a saree for Samira.
He looked uncomfortable.
"I don't know anything about sarees."
Samira smiled.
"Just pick the one you like."
After looking carefully, he chose a light lavender saree with elegant silver embroidery.
When Samira saw it, she was surprised.
"You have good taste."
Musmeer replied calmly,
"I just chose the simplest one."
She smiled.
"Sometimes, simple is the best."
For a moment, they smiled
at each other without arguing.
Both families noticed the change and silently exchanged happy glances.
As the shopping bags piled up, everyone headed home, tired but happy.
